Thank you Murray

We are going through a time when we are experiencing significant changes in the leadership of various ministries across the Church. Last night we were saying "thank you" to Murray who has been an outstanding worship leader at Hilton Church for about 7 years. Murray is not leaving Hilton Church imminently, but he is involved in the leadership of a new church called St Columba's which is going to begin in 2010. There is no church building, (and there won't be for a significant period of time) so it will probably meet in homes or a school in the medium term. We are sad to be losing Murray at Hilton, but thrilled that he is engaged in this new opportunity for mission and outreach within the City. Please remember Murray and Laura McCheyne together with Andrew and Eilidh Wilson (and their respective families)as they embark on this exciting new venture. I hope that as a congregation, we can provide substantial support and encouragement for this new church as it emerges.
