A concert took place last night in aid of the Bana Trust and the Joy Community School , Ndola, Zambia. This is the third year in which this concert has taken place in the lead up to Christmas. All I can say, to quote Para Handy, is that the evening was "just sublime." The concert took us on a Journey from the Firth of Forth to Munlochy Bay via, Zimbabwe, the plains of N America and Romania. I couldn't possibly single out any of the performances for special mention. They were all outstanding and contributed to a memorable evening. It's a pity that there aren't more events like this throughout the year. We're all grateful to Julie and Jeremy Keen for bringing together such an outstanding variety of musicians and singers. "Music for Joy" is an apt title for such an experience.
