Advert for 2 X 3 year Highland Posts with Reality Adventure Works in Scotland Ltd.


Reality Adventure Works in Scotland Ltd., a small Christian charity has been developing its work of providing weekend and weeklong residential learning experiences for a spectrum of children and young people aged 9 -16 in the Highlands who have social communication difficulties.

We are now looking for 2 key post holders based in the Highlands, who will move the work up to the next level. Both posts require people who are energetic and visionary self-starters with excellent leadership, networking and administrative skills to co-ordinate and develop this work alongside a wide variety of families, local agencies, individuals, public services and voluntary groups.


The Highlands Young People's Worker is a 35-hrs a week post involving taking the lead in direct contact with young people and families, as well as working closely with volunteers.

The Highlands Development Worker is a 25-hrs a week post involving taking an entreprenurial lead in developing the work and ensuring that it meets the expressed needs of beneficiaries and of local requirements, compliments and builds on other provision, and helps to provide a “joined-up” service.
