We are running an alpha course in the Lighthouse beginning on Wednesday, 19th January at 7pm. It's basically a time where we can look at some of the big questions of life over a meal together. I'm guessing that most of the folk reading this post will be linked to the congregation at Hilton. Could I encourage you to spread the news about the course and ideally invite a friend along. You can come with them too.
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?" Romans 10
Perhaps I can use this post to encourage you to think about who you are actually trying to share the good news about Jesus with at the moment. Most of the statistics around these days suggest that few church goers have any passion or commitment to sharing their faith. So who are you trying to share faith with, and who might you be able to invite to alpha?
