We had our first evening cafe in the Lighthouse tonight. It was the first time we had all the multi media equipment in full operation, so we had a few challenges to deal with, which Iain and Hamish dealt with admirably. There was a good number of people there from a wide range of ages. On reflection, I think it was a good beginning, but next time I will try to make the video clips shorter. I think the most effective one, was by Krish Kandiah on social media and lasted only 4 minutes. We showed it last, and everyone was talking about it at the end of the evening. Personally, I enjoyed the experience and like the intimate nature of gathering for worship and fellowship in a venue like the Lighthouse.
