St Michael and all Angels

I have entered into a new world through following the Daily Office of Celtic Daily Prayer. A world which celebrates the saints and frequently feasts. Today is the feast for Michael. It is the only feast of the angels that the reformers retained. It's a day which has strong links to the beginning of a new academic term in some of our Universities. It has been an enlightening experience to be reminded regularly of many of the great saints of Christian history.
