My old laptop crashed earlier on this year and couldn't be fixed. For several months I have been limited to using our home pc which has been quite a balancing act with the requirements of 4 other users! Joy of joys today - my new laptop has arrived! It's so much sleeker and faster than the old one. It's amazing how dependent we have become on technology. When I began at Hilton, I didn't have a computor and used pen and paper for everything. Now I feel as if i am really struggling if I don't have internet access for a day, because so much of daily communication centres around email and the internet.Wednesday 28 October 2009
