On the eve of Reformation Sunday, a quote from Luther which was posted here."I have no use for cranks who despise music, because it is a gift of God. Music drives away the Devil and makes people gay; they forget thereby all wrath, unchastity, arrogance, and the like. Next after theology, I give to music the highest place and the greatest honor."
On the music front, having gone through a lengthy period of listening to Duke Special, I am now enjoying the amazing voice of Regina Spektor. Great voice and marvellous songs. This song is especially striking. I'm not sure what Luther would have made of it.
