I am currently re-reading "LEADERSHIP NEXT - changing leaders in a changing culture" by Eddie Gibbs. The following question by Eddie is worth reflecting on:Every local congregation should ask this question: If the Lord were to remove us overnight from our neighbourhood, in what ways would the surrounding community become aware that we were nolonger in their midst?
