Leading the ongoing development of our Lighthouse project, you will also bring forward new initiatives to strengthen our engagement in areas of community need and service. A catalyst for extending congregational participation, you will organise activities, recruit volunteers and help develop a strategy that meets the needs of all age groups. You will be flexible and creative with good communication skills, a heart for people and their needs, a commitment to partnership working and a full driving licence.
