Capetown is set in a beautiful location with Table Mountain towering above it. I'm a keen hillwalker, so one of my hopes was to get to the summit of Table Mountain on foot. Jamie Grant was also very enthusiastic to do the climb, so we took a taxi from the Convention Centre to the starting point for the walk. Two hours later we reached the summit, but sadly the weather had closed in, and we had no view. The views on the way up, however, were excellent ( as you can see) and it was much more rewarding to climb than to take the cable car.
