The only certainty in life is change. Nothing stands still. We have to cope with external changes, in the wider world and in our own personal circumstances. Internally we struggle with change too as we try to re-orientate and make the best of things.
This day course addresses these issues. How to make the transition from the secure known to the scary uncertainty of the future. How to find a secure standing place whilst we negotiate the next stage. Where to find courage. How to live with indecision. How to remain at peace while the world turns you on your head.
10am – 4pm
Cost £40
